Pandemic Protocols

  1. Masks: Please come with your own valveless KN95 or N95 mask and keep it on during your appointment. If you are unable to obtain one, I will have a limited supply available for purchase at the studio.

  2. Screening: I am vaccinated and require a signed COVID screening questionnaire from all clients on the day of their tattoo. I will be taking your temperature with a no-contact forehead thermometer and asking you to wash your hands upon arrival.

  3. Additional Guests: Please come alone to your appointment. Friends/partners are not permitted. Decreasing foot traffic in the studio protects everyone.

  4. Food and Beverage: If you need to drink water or snack during your appointment, please step out of the studio.

  5. Studio Cleanliness: All surfaces are sterilized with medical-grade cleaner between clients and medical coverings will be used. I will be wearing gloves and a KN95 mask during your appointment.

  6. Please get vaccinated or get COVID-19 testing regularly, especially if you or anyone in your pod is in a congregate setting. It’s free to get tested at local testing centers, or you can do a free online home test (this test takes 2-3 days between receiving the kit and sending it back, depending on your FedEx pick up times).

  7. Please do your best to avoid congregate settings for at least 2 weeks before your appointment. This includes protests, large outdoor gatherings, indoor/packed cafes. Please avoid removing masks around people who are not in your pod and wash your hands regularly.

  8. If you have no option other than taking public transit, please take extreme caution and keep a distance from others, especially those without masks. If you fly outside of the state, please make sure your travel is completed 2 weeks before your appointment. I am driving to work and am not traveling on public transit.

  9. Please make sure other individuals in your pod are taking identical precautions.

  10. If you are exposed or have symptoms, please contact me to reschedule. For last minute cancellations, I ask that you submit a new deposit if you are able to do so. Your deposit only covers a small portion of your appointment and it is impossible for me to fill last minute cancellations. If you cannot afford to submit a new deposit for a COVID-related cancellation, I will make a one-time exception to my policy. I'll do my best to find someone to fill your spot in either case.
